Group Classes
Mat Pilates Group Classes
Our classes use a range of small equipment and look at the body holistically. Expect each session to be different, as week on week we work together to improve strength, balance and posture. We focus on functional movement to improve your body's movement in everyday life.
Classes are never more than eight people, so each person receives the attention they need to get the most from their practice. You will be given options in class and you will never be asked to work beyond your body's limits.
Expect a relaxed and supportive atmosphere where you will be challenged to work hard, some laughter and an hour of fun!

Through consistent Pilates practice, she was able to avoid back surgery – an experience that continues to inform how she works with clients today.
Kirsty also holds additional qualifications in pre- and post‑natal Pilates, NHS referral, working with older adults, and managing lower back pain. A keen tennis player, she is particularly interested in how Pilates can support performance, prevent injury and aid rehabilitation – both in sport and everyday life.

Pilates Chair Group Classes
Our split-pedal Chair classes are kept small, with a maximum of five people per session, so everyone gets the attention they need. The Chair uses resistance to build strength, improve stability and deliver real, noticeable results.
Less well known than the Reformer, the Chair is especially effective for functional movement. Many of the exercises are performed in seated or standing, which closely reflects how we move in everyday life. That said, don’t be fooled — the Chair can be very challenging and is particularly effective for building core strength, balance and control.
Classes are always small, supportive groups with plenty of individual attention. You will be encouraged through gradual progression as your strength and confidence builds. There are always options for adaptations where needed, to support individual bodies and goals. Classes are never more than eight people, so each person receives the attention they need to get the most from their practice. You will be given options in class and you will never be asked to work beyond your body's limits.

Moving Fascia®
Moving Fascia® is a gentle, fascia-focused approach that combines movement, breath and body awareness. Using simple, adaptable tools such as the Moving Fascia® balls, the method helps release hidden tension, ease discomfort and support the nervous system.
Rather than working on isolated muscles, Moving Fascia® encourages you to experience the body as a connected whole; one integrated system. By exploring how different parts of the body relate to one another, movement becomes smoother, more efficient and easier to sustain.
The result is improved mobility, clearer movement patterns and a greater sense of ease — helping you move with more confidence and comfort in everyday life.
This work complements Pilates perfectly and is suitable for everyone, including those with injuries or conditions. Everything is modifiable and the Moving Fascia® work can often yield results where other forms of exercise or therapy have not.
Moving fascia workshops run every few weeks throughout the year. These 2-hour workshops focus on a particular area of the body each time. Using the Moving Fascia method and equipment, we’ll explore guided movements to release restriction, improve mobility, and deepen awareness of how the whole body connects and works as a system.
Moving Fascia® is a registered trademark of Evolve Movement Education Ltd and is used with their permission.
