Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be fair to both our clients and our instructors. Please take a moment to read our cancellation policy before booking.

Cancellations and changes
All 1:1 sessions, group classes are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled session will be charged at the full rate. Workshops and courses are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled workshop or course will be charged at the full rate.

You are free to change or cancel your booking outside of the stipulated cancelation policy deadlines free of charge.

1:1 session packages
Packages for 1:1 sessions are valid for three months from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please book mindfully within this time frame.

Group class packages
Group class packages of eight sessions are also valid for three months from purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Group class packages of twelve sessions are valid for four months from purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
