Pre-habilitation before surgery

Our mat classes are kept small – never more than 8 people, so you’ll still get individual attention, clear guidance and plenty of options. Classes often use small equipment, and are designed to help you build strength, mobility and control at a steady, achievable pace. You will never be asked to work beyond your capabilities, but there will always be challenge if you want it.

Our split-pedal Chair classes are kept small, with a maximum of five people per session, so everyone gets the attention they need. The Chair uses resistance to build strength, improve stability and deliver real, noticeable results.
Less well known than the Reformer, the Chair is especially effective for functional movement. Many of the exercises are done seated or standing, which closely reflects how we move in everyday life. That said, don’t be fooled — the Chair can be challenging and is particularly effective for building core strength, balance and control.
